Graeme Hay

Graeme founded Prophet Consulting Limited in 2008, offering over 20 years of broad and varied commercial experience. His background has been in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and project management, both client-side and agency. He has focused on delivering value through his vision and innovation and has been responsible for many `world-first` deployments in the International Air-rail links and Train Operating Companies arena. Graeme spent nine years as Head of Non-Fare Revenue on Heathrow Express & Gatwick Express brands, during which he spearheaded advertising and technology innovations. He also holds the Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma.

More recently he has applied his experience to commercial Real Estate and worked with the UK`s largest REIT in developing, implementing and managing a new mall Commercialisation strategy, including organisational and process
change management.

Debbie Pogue

As a former national newspaper journalist, Debbie has the knowledge and expertise to know how to win you valuable column-inch coverage for your product, across both B2B and B2C press. She moved into PR and Marketing and now has a wealth of experience with a variety of industries, built up over a 20-year career. She can plan and execute integrated PR and Marketing communication strategies that attract and maintain media interest and coverage.

Debbie also offers full interim Marketing management services, including planning, brand building, events and budgetary management. These have also been delivered across both B2B and B2C sectors.
